As the wife of a professional athlete, she has a firsthand understanding of how stressful moving can be, and she's long been the go-to resource when her husband and his teammates need a new place to live for the season. Born and raised in Brenham, Alli earned a bachelor's degree in education from Abilene Christian University, where she also played softball. She credits her experience as a student-athlete for forming her strong work ethic, discipline and resiliency. Alli's competitive nature makes her a natural at negotiations, while juggling school and sports made her a master of organization and multitasking. My roots begin here in Brenham, Texas (Home of Blue Bell Ice Cream). Growing up on our family ranch, I have experienced and learned many valuable things about living in the country. I assist buyers trying to find the “right” property and sellers market their property efficiently by using the latest technology. By having a degree in IT-Design & Development, I create custom aerial maps and renderings. This is very valuable tool for land planning and when searching for the right characteristics in a property such as: Shape/layout, road frontage, topography/terrain, and vegetation. I guess you can say it's in my blood... I am a 3rd generation Texas real estate agent in my family. My grandfather William A. McMeans was in the real estate business for 49 years and my father, Bill McMeans still holds a Broker's license today. I am proud to be a lifelong resident of Washington County and raise my family right where I grew up.
