Then, guided by his local Realtor, he began looking for, analyzing, and buying properties -- rentals, flips, BRRRR, yield plays, if the numbers made sense, he pursued it. Today, he owns a number of rental properties and is always eager to share the value of owning such an asset. Soon after moving back to Houston, Dave decided to become a full-time Realtor and investor, is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has consistently received awards as a top producer at Connect Realty!
