I have been in Real Estate for over 38 years. I have lived in the Southbelt area for 44 years, and in the Pearland/Manvel area for 34 years. I was raised in Houston. Stephanie Pulsipher was born and raised in the Houston area.  This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and individuals. She began her real estate career with a new home builder in 2004 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2018.
