Prior to entering Houston's vibrant real estate market, I spent 15 years in the retail business, six of those working as a manager for Dayton Hudson's Mervyn's chain, so managing a business has been the foundation of my career. Since 2000 I have been active in the residential real estate market, as a consultant for Friendswood Development Company , remaining active in all facets of the company's marketing program. In October of 2013 I was awarded Greater Houston Builder's Association award, "Marketing Director of the Year," I am familiar with both the selling and buying sides of the real estate market and am among Houston's growing number of transplanted Texans.
