Leslie Morgan

Leslie Prescott Morgan has lived in Houston for 30+ years now, most of which has been spent in West University Place. Prior to starting a family, Leslie spent 12 years in the fast paced oil and gas industry successfully negotiating long and short term natural gas contracts. Her experience in the Oil and Gas industry gives her a great advantage in residential real estate when it comes to negotiating contracts and catching all of the details. This combined with her passion for real estate gives Leslie Morgan the win win attitude for client and transaction success. Leslie has all of the necessary characteristics that prove successful in residential real estate, her positive attitude, integrity, strong negotiation skills, persistence and dedication will make navigating the purchase or sale of your home a seamless process.

Leslie is an active contributor to the community and has been very involved in her children's schools including West University Elementary, St. Vincent de Paul School, and St. Agnes Academy. She has served as Room Parent, Grade level coordinator, Auction committee, and Mentor Mom.

She has also served on the Board of the Houston Alumnae Panhellenic Association and several alumni groups.. As a graduate of LSU, she has strong ties to her Louisiana roots.. In addition to her work with Greenwood King Properties and volunteer work, Leslie enjoys book club, walking the neighborhood and spending time with her family and friends.
